Concierge therapy and counseling services are available to accommodate your busy schedule and unique situation. I provide the highest level of personal attention with easy accessibility and privacy. This means you have access to me when you need it. I am easily reachable by phone or text for a quick response. I generally respond within a few hours, and usually right away. Concierge therapy also means that appointments are scheduled at your convenience, on your schedule.
Where we meet:
Appointments are held over secure, encrypted Video-conferencing. This offers you privacy, discretion and the comfort of your own environment. Same day appointments

15 Minute Phone Intensives:
These 15 minute appointments are available to current clients. Any time you need a short, concentrated and focused session, you can text me to schedule a 15 minute Phone Intensive. Perhaps you are heading out to a date, or you have just received a message from someone you are interested in and need help interpreting the message or crafting a response. Maybe you need a quick refresher between weekly appointments to keep you on track or to help you feel positive while moving forward. These supportive intensives between regular sessions can move you more quickly toward your goals.

VIP Intensives:
This highly specialized, premium service is scheduled on one half day. This is a custom service tailored for each individual client. It is designed to achieve a bigger shift and faster change.
The VIP Intensive will kick-start the change process in a more profound way than is possible in one regular 45 minute appointment.
This is a comprehensive, all-inclusive day which takes into account your personality, lifestyle, work, relationships, interests, struggles and goals with a strong focus on change. This longer service is designed to give you many tools to take a big jump forward in achieving your goals. I will tailor an exclusive VIP Intensive to suit you personally.
A VIP Day includes:
A Pre-Assessment before the VIP Intensive to discuss what you are struggling with and what goals you would like to achieve.
A thorough history of your patterns and difficulties to date and an assessment of areas in which you need new tools, new insights and new ways to act.
Numerous insights, suggestions and real tools that you can take with you and implement after the VIP day is complete.
In-session big task completion like overhauling the way you attack your problem, creating and structuring new approaches and habits, creating a successful online dating profile during the VIP Intensive, and other concrete take-aways that will give you a structured path for change.
Creating a detailed and actionable plan with step by step instructions to accomplish your goals.
